Payment requirements
- Advance payment of 70%, a signed purchase order and a signed proforma invoice are required to begin processing your order. Balance is due 30 days after delivery of order.
- Digital proofs and a pre-production sample will be submitted for approval before production commences. A digital proof only will be submitted for reorders.
- Prices are landed cost, all-inclusive of setup and import charges.
- Air freight or other expedited shipping charges and freight from our warehouse to your requested destination are not included.
Delivery time
- Allow 8-10 weeks for production and delivery after sample is approved. This does not include time for the creative process, which varies per client and job. Allow 2-4 months for complete project.
- Delays in payments and approvals will cause delays in delivery.
- Orders can be shipped by air, which reduces the delivery time by 3-5 weeks, and generally costs approximately $.60-1.00 per item.
